Our Activities - Open to All

Party 150 x 150.jpg

Pantry Parties

Feeling tired of 'parties' where you have to buy something and keen to try something new? Don't forget you can book us instead!

We can run a private event in your home. You'll learn some new kitchen skills, try out some new recipes, have fun with your friends and raise money for The Pantry Partnership all at the same time. You don't have to make any purchases and, better still,  you actually eat the food you've enjoyed making!

Contact us for more information.

Student Cooking Workshops

We run cooking workshops for students ... or any young person fending for themselves for the first time. We give school leavers and students the skills and the confidence they need to cook quick, healthy and delicious meals ... and we have fun doing it too!

Our student workshops typically run from 10am until 2pm over five days. We cover some of the practical aspects of cookery (like knife skills and food hygiene), we equip our learners with some great recipes and we also offer tips on a range of topics from savvy shopping to time saving techniques.  Plus, learners take away the meal they've prepared each day.

Call or message us to find out more.

Community Picking Plot

Our picking plot is a secluded and safe spot on private land where we grow and tend our produce and where our community groups can relax.

There are plenty of opportunities for new volunteers to come and enjoy our space with us.  Gary, our expert gardener, leads the team and he's always on the look out for more helpers. Everyone's welcome - no matter the level of experience you have. You definitely don't need to know your kale from your cavolo nero!

Whether you are a company looking to support a community project; a community group keen to get involved; or an individual that wants to spend some time working the land, let us know. We'd love to welcome you to our plot.
